Grace White, is Virtually Amazing (owner anyway 
)!! She combines her extensive and varied background in executive administrative support, organizational change agent, meeting planning and logistics support, sales, management and her fascination surrounding behavior styles into a role of Virtual Assistant.
Almost as quickly as she was introduced to a workshop titled “Dimensions of Human Behavior”, she became an advocate of understanding behavior styles and assisting people in understanding themselves and others. Being familiar with many of these tools makes her a valuable resource for coaches and consultants. She is well versed in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has experience with the Birkman Method, DISC communication styles, Enneagram and Insights among others.
A fortuitous pairing with corporate organization development coworkers, she became enamored with leadership development, strategic management, group facilitation, conflict management, managing diversity, and changing and developing organizational systems and structures. She continued to learn from these skilled associates who became mentors, friends and they continue to connect often.
Not being one to stop learning:

She enrolled in the Event Management Certificate Program in 2003 and graduated under the tutelage of the delightfully talented Stephanie Horton CMP Top Dog Etiquette, LLC.

In 2003, she evolved many of her learned behaviors into skills becoming an ADHD trained virtual assistant

She honed her skills in facilitation, training at the International Association of Faciliators Conference in 2010.

Meanwhile, she continues to attend conferences, online trainings and webinars to keep her skills current
Grace’s background brings her many skills into play and she continually strives to find new ways to improve her skill set. In the last few years she is now being drawn into the alluring world of social media and internet marketing.
