Provide them with someone who can focus on them while improving their social media and on-site needs. Most speakers, authors and sponsors already have Virtual Assistant or back office support, working with them while live at the event they will have almost immediate media content for uploading to websites, blogs, Facebook pages, or YouTube accounts for their clients.
I am now adding live event “sociality” into my event support.
What do I mean by “sociality”: using many of the social tools: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, etc to promote, advertise and publicize live from your event.
By providing live tweeting, recording short video clips of speakers and attendees and taking live action shots, the social marketing of your event will flourish. These can be used to publicize the event, promote branding and product sales. Provide media content for current and future promotions.
